Medisave US LLPReviews of medisave.net

My order arrived quickly, and the product as well as engraving was correct. Also was the best price on the net! Will use this site again and recommend!

Order was on back order Got my money back and my order was cancelled without notice then Without notice again I got charged for it

The product I purchased was exceptional.. The customer service was very lacking, I will not use this company again. I chose this company because of the great reviews. It started with placing my order online for a product that was listed as in-stock. After I completed my order I realized I had mis-typed the street address. I called immediately to make the correction I spoke to Robert he stated that he would let the shipping department know of the correct address. I then received an email that the item I had ordered was out of stock. I received a phone call to see if I wanted to cancel or accept the B/O status I asked how long it would be she said about ten days I said I would keep the order. I had paid for rush service and overnight delivery. I stated that since it was back ordered and I couldn't get by the date I needed to drop the rush service and the overnight to just the standard 5 day. She did and sent me a new email with the lower price reflected. Two days later I got an email that said my item was shipped. I tried to call the company to confirm the shipping address. I could never get through to any one. The message would say please press 1 or 2 when I would it would say I don't recognize your selection. and repeat. I finally gave up trying to contact them and I had to call FEDEX directly. The address had not been corrected, I had to pay extra to FEDEX for the address change. It was delivered via the standard 5 day delivery, I never received a refund for the rush and overnights fees that I paid. Overall...the experience left a lot to be desired, and they didn't seem like a professional company, I wish I would have chosen one of the many other companies that were offering the same product.

I wish that my engraving was larger I was disappointed with the size but overall everything else was great.

I ordered my personalized stethoscope and chose 3 day processing. After two weeks, I realized the order had not come, nor had I received any shipment notices. Signed in to my account only to find that it was on backorder. When I emailed the company, I never got a response, just surveys. I received my order, finally, with no explanation, apology, and still no response. Ordered on 1/12 and received on 2/7? Unacceptable.

The product is amazing to start with my nursing career. The price is reasonable and it included the engrave letters. I was surprised how fast it delivered to my home. I love the coloring of the stethoscope.

I can't do without my own stethoscope at work. When the diaphragm from my older Littman broke I needed a replacement immediately. I found exactly what I needed but I also saw the stethoscope I've been wanting and it was such a great price I couldn't pass it up. My order was delivered in less than seventy two hours!! Fantastic!!

Medisave gives outstanding service, I debated driving to them to purchase my items, but figured, since they were only an hour away, I'd have the item in 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised, when I had them, the next day.
