I ordered a stethoscope and the prices were awesome compared to other places and it even had the cancer awareness one on sale! It came pretty quick too and got free laser engraving!!! I would definitely shop here again!

I placed my order online and acknowledged that it was in stock and would ship in 3-5 days. After 10 days of not receiving the item or any notice I went on the site to discover the item was out of stock but no one sent an email or notice to me. I then tried calling your # but the calls would not go through, after 45 minutes of trying it finally went through. The customer service person at the other end apologized and said they were having problems getting stock on that item and offered another to replace it, that was fine but why did I need to go through all of this and waste all of this time. I would not recommend you guys for that reason.

Dear Sharon I am very sorry to hear this and have asked for an explanation. Automated e-mails are sent when an item is out of stock so you should have received these, however, sometimes they may go into the recipients junk mail folder.
