I ordered the Littman stethoscope with personalized engraving product on Thursday at 3:30 I received it by 11 am the next day! I was not expecting it until 5 days!The engraving is crisp clear and balanced! I love it

I only had to order replacement parts which did not cost alot of money. The company did notify me that the parts I needed was not in stock and they would ship me the item as soon as it was available. True to their word, the replacement part did come in pretty soon and I was able to use my stetoscope within 2 weeks.

No problems whatsoever when I ordered a replacement piece for my Littman stethoscope. I have not been in practice for some time, but I still wanted my stethoscope to be in working order. I ordered the part, it came promptly and fit perfectly.

I ordered a stethoscope which was on back order. I waited about a week and then decided to order from somewhere else. The minute I told them I was going to cancel my order the "back ordered" stethoscope had arrived and was getting ready to be shipped (and it was too late to cancel the order). Funny how that works. I received the response about this via email and the grammar was so poor that one could barely understand the sentences. Will not order from them again.
