Medisave is terrible. There is no customer support. My experience is that MediSave bills but doesn't ship or it ships in a manner that is difficult for the customer. It's the worst medical supply company I have ever encountered.

We have a variety of shipping options at checkout - USPS is not a very good choice these days

Ordered a stethoscope as a Christmas gift for my son’s girlfriend-engraving looks good and it was shipped quickly

My order was placed on December 5th; I had no update on the order until after I wrote a email a week later looking for an update. Package slip was prepared a day later with USPS that looked to be a delayed pick-up. The order showed delivery by December 19th and now there is no delivery date available as of today on the 22nd of December. Completely frustrated at this time & would not use your service again

Your frustration is completely understandable - we are, unfortunately, powerless to control how USPS handles (or mis-handles) the transport of our packages once they pick them up from us.

I received an email to give the product and service a review prior to receiving the product. Though it is addressed in the same email, I find it unprofessional to have an automated system set up in such a way that a review is requested prior to receiving the product. Also, I should have received my product by now based on the map supplied on the website. This is supposed to be a gift for the holidays and I can't track where it currently is (nly that it is running late). This is my first experience using Medisave and because of this will be my last.
