I apologize for the delay with your order. This has been a very trying year with product issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. Your order appears to have been affected by both. According to our records the package was delivered on December 24th. Please let us know if you did not receive it.

I apologize for the delay with your order. This has been a very trying year with product issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. Your order appears to be among the latter. While updates on these packages have been slow to populate on the USPS site it is our understanding that they are moving through the USPS system - just slowly and without the typical scanned updates we would expect. To be clear, this package has shipped and is in the custody of the United States Postal System (not very reassuring I know).

Your frustration is warranted - just misplaced. Your order was placed on the 9th and shipped on the 11th. It is the carrier that you chose at checkout (USPS) that has let us both down, I'm afraid.

As you checked out as a Guest there is no account to reference. The delay is with USPS - something we're seeing throughout the USPS system which, in their own words, is due to "unprecedented volume." It will hopefully be delivered soon as i see an update in your region today.

I apologize for the delay with your order. This has been a very trying year with product issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. Your order appears to be among those with both issues. To be clear, the service you selected at checkout was the free USPS Priority Mail which is not a guaranteed express service. Typical time in transit would be about five days - but these are not typical days. While updates on these packages have been slow to populate on the USPS site it is our understanding that they are moving through the USPS system - just slowly and without the typical scanned updates we would expect.

I apologize for the delay with USPS - something we're seeing throughout the USPS system which, in their own words, is due to "unprecedented volume." That said, this delay is crazy. We will file an investigation and send you the details - you'll have all my contact information.
