I ordered a stethoscope from you. After a week I had not received it. When I called to check on the order, I was told they were out of stock.Whick I wouldn't have know if I didn't call because I was notified when I ordered it or after a week of waiting. The sales person then suggested a different color. After 3 colors were offered. I was told none of those were in shock. Then I was informed that there were being discontinued. So I went with a different model. Which I have not received yet. I placed the original order on Nov. 30th. I will never do business with this company ever again. Now It's a week from Christmas and I have nothing for my wife.

Product looks good. Delivery was slow

I wish I could rate this even lower than a one star. My order was switched twice because of stock issues after a representative indicated it was in stock. It’s been over a month and still waiting but there wasn’t any hesitation with taking my money. So pissed off!

Order was processed in a timely manner. The quality was great. It would be nice if they add the estimated time of delivery within the order confirmation.

I ordered a stethoscope on Nov. 30 but never received an order # or confirmation of receipt of the order. I finally called my credit card company to see if I had been charged. Yes. On Dec. 9 I called Medisave to inquire on the status of this order. I was then told the item was out of stock. Why was I not told this when I placed the order? You need to be taking phone orders so that people know what is happening when they place the order. If I had known it was out of stock, I could have looked elsewhere for the item. The rep that I spoke with on Dec. 9 gave me a substitution on the order. I told him I needed this by the 19th as that is when we were going to have our family Christmas. He assured me I should have it within a few days. It is now over a week later, and 2 days til our Christmas get together, and I still do not have the stethoscope which was intended to be a Christmas gift. I checked USPS tracking on the 14th and it indicated it was "in transit". I checked again on the 15th or 16th and the tracking comment was that "status is unavailable".

I ordered a stethoscope a couple days ago. I then received an email from medisave telling me my stethoscope is out of stock and my order is on hold. I contact someone from medisave, and they told me the color is discontinued. When were they gonna tell me? I replied with another color that I wanted to replace, and they have not even gotten back to me. It feels like I’ve gotten scammed even though it’s a trusted website, it doesn’t seem like it.

The engraving is terrible, you can barely see it.
