I ordered my stethoscope on 12/28, it was supposed to arrive on January 4th and I don't have it yet. No one has contacted me and USPS does not allow me to track the package.

Ordered on the dec 10. They didn't shipped the item till the 18th and caused it to not make it for Christmas. Now Jan 5th and the item just now arrived at USPS distribution center in my state.

I apologize for the delay with your order. This has been a very trying year with product issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. Your order appears to have had both. While updates on these packages have been slow to populate on the USPS site it is our understanding that they are moving through the USPS system - just slowly and without the typical scanned updates we would expect.

When I made my purchases there was option to pay $2.99 to make an a priority-shipping and this item took about seven days to arrive

To be clear, the $1.99 Rush Processing fee is for production not transport. These days it is money well spent as it puts one's order ahead of everyone else who hasn't designated his or her order as a priority. Your order was placed over the weekend and shipped that Monday. The transit time, however, is dependent and the shipping option you select - in this case USPS Priority Mail which, as you can read from other customer reviews, has been a nightmare. What exactly happened with our Postal System we might never actually know only that, in their own words: "ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE."

I ordered my product on 12/13/20. It’s states that your order will ship out the next business day. If not you will receive email that it hasn’t shipped and expect a delay. I received order confirmation and my account was charged the next day. I never received shipping confirmation with tracking info or a email that my order was going to be delayed. I sent numerous emails online chats that were never returned. Until three weeks later that my order is on its way and not to reply to the email they sent. Absolutely no customer service. You send me several emails for my review. Here you go!! The product is great but medisave Is not. The reason I choose this stethoscope is because it was in stock! Will no longer do business with medisave. Good luck if you order from them.

We unfortunately did not have the stock to fulfill your order. You would have been sent an automated email that indicated something on your order was out of stock. These notifications frequently go to Junk or Spam folders, I'm afraid. We're always happy to change or cancel an order. With so many stock and delivery issues attending to everyone's orders has been a challenge - we apologize.

Ordered stethoscope December 6th. Received emails December 11 that the item was fully dispatched on Dec 7th. Emailed December 22 asking for update since the item was still not received. I got no reply even called location multiple times to be greeted with a message saying the office was closed. After looking at their website it showed they were open during the times I called. I again sent an email on December 30th and received a generic update stating there are issues with shipping from 3M and USPS. I agree the USPS has their issues but never over 1 month especially when the item shipped from Connecticut to Pennsylvania. It's Jan 4th 2021 the item was ordered December 6th 2020 and I still don't have it. This is insane. I doubt that all the blame is with USPS. ***Just to be clear I still do not have any update on when I will receive this order.***

I ordered a stethoscope case and when it arrived, I could not fit the stethoscope in the case. When the case was closed, there was a bubble where the bell was situated. I did not feel that my expensive stethoscope would be protected at all in this case. When I called to refund the product, I was told that I would not refunded the original shipping, but I would also have to pay to ship it back. So I now have to find a shipping package, drive it to the post office, and ship it back at my cost. This is no way to do business. Next time, I will stick with my original decision and order it from Amazon.

I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. As discussed on the phone we would happily take it back and issue a refund for the merchandise. We do ask customers who wish to return items for reasons like this to pay return freight (in this case 1st Class Mail would be an option).
