I just received it and I can definitely say, “I love it!!!” It has the best quality, I never imagined to hear the heart beat so clear before. I love the engraving, Medisave did an outstanding job. Will buy from them again in the future!

Everything went as expected such as delivery and good quality of product. The engraving comes out exactly how you type it in the box even though the preview may look a bit different.

Took way longer for the stethoscope and engraving to arrive. They sent email asking if I wished to have a different product to which I replied and yet I heard nothing. The engraving finish was poor quality and it was not even fully engraved. A pure disappointment to be honest. -__-

Sorry you were not completely satisfied. Unmet expectation is always a challenge. Shipping delays have been a serious issue with USPS.

Ordered a stethoscope as a Christmas gift from medisave as they were the only store to have it in stock. It did not ship until after New Years and received it on the 7th of January! I understand that Christmas is very busy for online retailers and would've been okay if the item arrived a few days after Christmas. However the fact that it didn't ship for nearly a month is not acceptable. There was no indication that this product was on back order before I purchased. Avoid buying here if you need your item within 2 weeks.

All products do have stock notifications which we update to the best of our ability. These days its definitely a good idea to check stock if you need your order right away.

I was charged twice for an item. I only bought one thing and yet,I was charged twice because of an error with your system . I made several inquiries and even though the only invoice I received said one item, I was not given a full refund. I had picture and video evidence and it was of no concern to the relevant staff This was very unfortunate and unacceptable as it was an error with your company

You placed two identical orders. While we always try to catch duplicates, both orders were processed and shipped. You would have received email notifications on both but it appears you used two different emails. I apologize for the inconvenience but "unauthorised charge" is not at all accurate.
