I do show that your order was delivered to the address you supplied. It appears to be a freight forwarding firm. Medisave did a beautiful job engraving my 2 Littman stethoscopes! I'm so happy I chose them and if course Littman stethoscopes are amazing! The price was the best I found.

Shipping was lightening fast even with engraving and in the midst of a pandemic. My stethoscope is beautiful, the engraving is clear and spelling was correct. I paid a bit more than I would have with other companies but do not regret it one bit- excellent service and product.

After comparing prices online for the specific style and model of the Littmann stethoscope I wanted Medisave was by far the cheapest even beating out Amazon. I was also pleasantly surprised that my purchase was shipped quickly and came sooner than expected. I will be returning for future purchases.

I purchased a Littmann cardiology iv then sent it back to be engraved. After two weeks I had to call to check on my order. They found my stethoscope mixed in with the returns they rushed to get it engraved and send it out the same day. I got it back not looking at all like the template on their website, it’s crooked and too close to the stem... It looks horrible and they don’t see an issue with it. They did however offer free stuff. Free stuff doesn’t fix the problem.

I apologize for the delay with your order. This has been a very trying year with product issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. Your order appears to be among the latter. While updates on these packages were slow to populate on the USPS site it was our understanding that they are moving through the USPS system - just slowly and without the typical scanned updates we would expect. According to USPS your package, which we shipped 1/8 was finally delivered 1/19 - not what any of us would expect from the postal system.
