Product was done well and arrived on time. I am excited to have the custom name plate and it looks great as the finished product!

Amazing customer service. Helped to correct a typo that would've been very upsetting.

Great customer service! My order was back ordered and Robert reached out to figure out a solution. Would definitely order from them again.

Littmann has left us high and dry on many color combinations this year - glad we could find an alternative.

I love my stethoscope. It have the burgundy/black classic III. It is perfect and the name engraving is awesome too. Previously, I had a hospital wrist band around my old one with my name on it. I have been looking forward to getting a new stethoscope for a while and I am so happy to have it!

Laser Engraving is definitely an upgrade to the hospital wrist band - enjoy your new stethoscope and thank you for choosing Medisave.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a stethoscope and two weeks later I got an email when the item was suppose to arrive that it was back ordered which I was not notified of when I originally ordered otherwise I would not have purchased. Then I couldn’t get in contact with them and finally after almost a month and a half of not receiving a product and not being able to get in contact with customer service they contacted me and refunded me only the price of the stethoscope not the amount of shipping I payed for or the engraving price that I had requested. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company! Extremely dissatisfied!

Sarah, I apologize for the delay. This has been a trying year with major supply issues from 3M Littmann. I think you are confused, however, regarding the refund. At your request the order was canceled and the credit card refunded in full - there were no freight charges as you chose the free USPS Priority Mail service.
