We convinced my 89 year old father to begin wearing the MyMedical Guardian pendant. He was reluctant but did start using the pendant 24 hours a day. Two weeks after starting with the pendant he had a bad fall at home. He could not get up. He had severely injured his shoulder and gashed his arm which was bleeding a lot. He pressed the button, the response was immediate from the MyMedical Guardian operator. The paramedics arrived shortly afterwards, treated him, and transported him to the hospital where his son met him after being called by the medical operator. He and the rest of the family feel fortunate he had the pendant on and could get help immediately. Without the pendant he could have been bleeding on the floor for a day or longer.

Although it took longer than anticipated to receive my order, the quality of the assistive devices was worth the wait. There is only a brief wait time when calling and the employees are very helpful and pleasant.
