Medical Guardian has been a God send for my senior Mom who lives alone. It also gives me a great peace of mind knowing that if she falls or has an issue, they are there for her! All the people that I have had to deal with so far have been so kind and just wonderful! I live in Canada and still chose Medical Guardian because of the plan it provides. I would definitely recommend them!

Your staff is 90% professional. Without being sexiest I find your men are the most professional. When calling the administration office I was not impressed. I have needed EMT’s twice in the last couple of months and I am impressed with your staff’s handling of the situations.

I’ve had Medical Guardian for a couple of years and never needed to use it, until January 2024, when I found myself fallen across the arms of a chair and unable to move. The response, when I pushed my button, was fast and efficient. My daughter and grandson were to my house in minutes, as I had requested, and rescued me. Long story, short, I ended up with a walker, physical therapy, and very grateful that I had Medical Guardian. I would (and have) recommended your service to anyone living alone.

Cancelled the alert service in Jan 2024 when my Mom went into care home. But they continued to bill me. Sent message to customer care but they didnt reply. Had to get my credit card company to block continued payments. Then they say they need a cancellation letter but dont send you one.Will this ever end.

This company charged my dad $40/month for this "fall" device that didn't even send notification if he fell. He would have to push the button in order for it to work. CRAZY!! He had it less than a week. I told him to return it. He did and they held $150. Don't trust this company!! They are out to steal money from the elderly. My dad is 80 years old. Buy an Apple Watch!! It's less expensive and will send notification to EMS and family/friends (whomever you choose).
