After reviewing a number of medical alert options, and talking to Jessica several times who answered my many questions. I chose Medical Guardian because it had everything I needed. Once I made the decision, Jessica was very helpful in placing my order. The unit arrived very quickly. I was a bit apprehensive about setting it up but once I made contact, I cannot say too much about the rep who walked me through it. She was most efficient, courteous and made me feel at ease. After having the unit for a week or so, I accidentally set it off and the response was immediate! IT WORKS!

I have really enjoyed using the Medical Guardian alert system. It was easy to install. One of my friends saw the unit and she seemed interested in it. I highly recommend this unit to anyone.

It takes the stress of worrying what would happen if I needed help. It makes me feel a lot more safe in many ways knowing I can get help right away. So glad my sons got this for me.

I called the number given to me by the emergency person when I pressed that button & told the lady that my husband had fallen twice & it did not register. She had me drop it & it worked...why didn't it work when he fell on the tile floor. She said she would send a new pendant & will receive it on Tuesday. By Friday 11/14/2014 I called again. She said she would send another one which we received today 11/15/2014, Meanwhile my husband has fallen again. This is 3 times. If the new one doesn't work the next time he falls, I'm returning it & want the quarterly fee reversed from my checking account.

instalation and activation easy I am sure if I ever need to use it this also will be as smooth.

As a new user I can only rate initial contacts, quality equipment, quick arrival and ease of set up. Ask me again in 6 months. Glen
