Highly satisfied, A++ Experience & arrived early!
Highly satisfied with my experience, ordered a SG24Pro stump grinder on 18Aug, had order confirmation the same day, received shipping confirmation on 21Aug that advised an ETA of 27Aug. I then received a call from the trucking carrier on the morning of 25Aug advising they could deliver that day (2 days ahead of schedule). I recevied the unit the evening of 25Aug, which was already at the back of the tractor-trailer, and I forked it off with my tractor and fork blades in less than 1 minute. The stump grinder was crated on a pallet, no damage to exterior or contents, no missing parts, all 100%!!

Customer Service Update
After my original review, Michael from Customer Service did contact me to discuss the problems i experienced. It appears this company is trying to rectify some startup issues and has taken care of the problems i experienced.

Sm 32 sawmill is great and easy to put…
Sm 32 sawmill is great and easy to put together just wish it had roller guides. The order came in fast about 3 months ago i am still waiting on the additional saw blades that i reach out about 4 times now and was told it was processing about a month ago and still nothing.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, poor customer service when we finally got ahold of someone. Taking our money so many weeks before the item was shipped. Item on backorder but not communicated to us that it was on backorder. One really good thing about the experience was the gentlemen who delivered the item was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

Overall quality of the 30 ton press OK, no customer service.
Overall quality of the 30 ton press seems decent, even if the feet are a bit wimpy for its mass. Issues come up with customer service, they don't answer the phone...you are XX in line, hold time of 60 minutes, press 1 for a call back and they don't! Buy with caution, specially if you expect any follow up service.
