There’s absolutely nothing like original OEM service replacement parts - totally! Additionally, I’ve owned my “MM” wood shredder / chipper since late May 2026. This is a very well designed piece of equipment! I’ve put approximately 13 hours of labor in using this machine. It was easy to assemble with no problems or assistance! As with “ANY” machine, follow ALL instructions to include observations of maintenance and SAFETY FIRST recommendations! If you take care of it like your body, it’ll last you a lifetime!

i don't know if you are aware that the mowing season is almost over ,and 7 weeks later i am still waiting for the parts that i paid for , this the most horrible service i ever experienced , no one to talk to , hours waiting over the phone to be disconnected , support team that don't know the parts s name or what they are for , so disappointed, if the parts not here next week please give my money back , and i bet it ll take me a year to get it back . same problem occurred last year

You’re asking for a review on a product I haven’t even received yet. Tracking only shows it’s shipped and not even an estimated delivery date. So how do I review something I haven’t seen or received yet. Better updates would be great.
Response from MechMaxxSep 14, 2026
Hi Kenneth, we are sorry for the confusion and understand why receiving a review request before your order has even arrived would be frustrating. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of delivery updates and estimated delivery date. We will take this into account as we work to improve our shipping communication and the timing of our review requests. We hope your order arrives soon and that you are happy with your MechMaxx product once you have had the chance to use it.

I ordered the 32” MechMaxx portable sawmill and I can’t say enough good things about it. I had questions prior to shipping and they answered my emails AND phone calls very promptly. Delivery was great and although I DO NOT recommend putting this machine together by yourself, I did and it was fairly easy to understand the directions.

This is a follow up to a previous review if Mechmaxx and the B200 chipper. I did receive the chipper with damage to the Honda engine cowl. MechMaxx told me paint it, not helpful. One of the safety harness cables was cut during shipping I pointed this out and have had NO response on this. I did splice them together really, no response?. The gas tank supports were designed for the Zohsen engine not the Honda that I purchased. Mechmaxx response was to send videos of the install for the Zohsen engine while claiming these were videos of the Honda. Really!!!!. Further, the poor design of the supports entirely blocks access to air filter, I will need to remove the tank to get clean or replace the filter. MechMaxx response, NONE. They don’t care. Now that I have got the tank installed and the wires spliced, the tank finally installed, oil and gas, the engine will not start. Mechmaxx redponse, yes NOTHING. I have no idea why it will not start and Mechmaxx doesn’t care. They have my $5,500 dollars and I have a paperweight. I should have listened to all the reviews of thus sham if a company. I should have gone with the BigBear chipper. They can not be worse than my experience with Mechmaxx. Buyer be ware. Do not buy from Mechmaxx. They are horrible
