Sm 32 sawmill is great and easy to put together just wish it had roller guides. The order came in fast about 3 months ago i am still waiting on the additional saw blades that i reach out about 4 times now and was told it was processing about a month ago and still nothing.
Response from MechMaxxAug 24, 2026
Hi William, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you are happy with your SM32 sawmill and that assembly was straightforward. We are very sorry that you are still waiting on the additional saw blades after reaching out multiple times. That delay is not the level of service we want to provide. We want to make this right and get you a clear update on the status of those blades as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and your feedback, and thank you for choosing MechMaxx.

Good products for the cost. Shipping partners need a bit of attention to detail though. Customers need to be a bit more proactive regarding any LTL shipments.

Mechmaxx fixed the issues and the equipment works as promised, would have been 5 stars but the assemble was complicated by misfiled holes in the metal parts, ensuring alignment required much effort!
Response from MechMaxxJun 8, 2026
Hi Frank, we are very sorry to hear about your delivery experience and understand your frustration. If you paid for Peace of Mind Delivery, you should have received the level of service that was promised. Finding your equipment left by the roadside without prior arrangements is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We take your concerns seriously, and a member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to review what happened and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
