There is an absolute lack of customer…
There is an absolute lack of customer service. The company is impossible to communicate with. I reached out 9 times in the 3 weeks since placing the order and never received any response. I just hope the product lives up to the reviews, I question whether or not they're even legitimate. Haven't received the mill yet but the shipping company notified me that they have it now in their local distribution center. They are giving me a 5 day window during which they will deliver. 5 days.

Do not recommend for service or support
I’ve sent emails. I’ve sent texts. I’ve been on the phone waiting for customer service to answer for hours. I had a warranty issue and had questions because my wood chipper worked only occasionally. I did all things possible in my own to make it work well but no go. For weeks and weeks. Now it’s out of warranty period. This company is poor with communication. I paid a company to fix it but he couldn’t figure out the problem. More money down the drain. I’ve heard nothing from MechMaxx still. It’s been months and I’m very disheartened with them. I had high hopes when I bought it. But, darnit, just not anymore. Thanks for listening!

poor customer service.
poor customer service. Their automated phone system for tech support lets you stay on hold for 30 minutes, then dumps you to voicemail. You should know that this is rather upsetting, especially when I was at the 2nd in the queue. Never did get a call back. Tried the online form for submitting a ticket; There would be 2-3 days before getting a response, then another 2-3 days between each reply. Also, I think their "delivery assurance" charge might be a scam; didn't see any difference from any other freight deliveries.

Customer Service Update
After my original review, Michael from Customer Service did contact me to discuss the problems i experienced. It appears this company is trying to rectify some startup issues and has taken care of the problems i experienced.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, poor customer service when we finally got ahold of someone. Taking our money so many weeks before the item was shipped. Item on backorder but not communicated to us that it was on backorder. One really good thing about the experience was the gentlemen who delivered the item was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

Overall quality of the 30 ton press OK, no customer service.
Overall quality of the 30 ton press seems decent, even if the feet are a bit wimpy for its mass. Issues come up with customer service, they don't answer the phone...you are XX in line, hold time of 60 minutes, press 1 for a call back and they don't! Buy with caution, specially if you expect any follow up service.

They want to buy a positive review from…
They want to buy a positive review from me for a $50 coupon. The engine didn’t come with a fuel filter. So, my carburetor is bogging down due to a lack of fuel. There’s no locking mechanism for the mill to the trailer to provide safe transportation of the mill. The engineers failed. And so did quality control.

Zero pre-sales support
My organization tried for three weeks to order their hyraulic dump trailer only for our emails to be ignored. On the two occations someone did respond, they obviously didn't read the message and skipped over the various questions we asked. Ultimately, we went with a different product from a vendor that communicated. If this is how they operate before the sale, I'm scared to see how bad things would be after.
