I have had a great experience with McGee and Co. I ordered a few things, and although my order was not fully correct, McGee and Co. worked hard to make it right. Customer service did a great job staying in contact with me and letting me know when I could expect the rest of my order. I will definitely order again.

Rug is gorgeous but sheds a fair amount (can't complete 1 sweep with dyson stick vacuum without the cannister being full) - which has been the case for several months and many many many vacuums.

It has been a very frustrating experience purchasing from McGee and Co. Every time I have a question I cannot get in touch with a customer service representative. I leave messages and emails and 50% of the time somebody responds. Also it appears the customer service representatives are extremely young and have no knowledge or decision making power which is very frustrating. I have had things miss priced last miscommunicated Dropped with packing materials that I could not dispense and now I am waiting for a couch that should’ve been here a month and a half ago. I was told that it shipped over a month and a half of that it should’ve arrived a month and a half ago. I have asked for somebody to call me and I am still waiting to talk to somebody with some authority to discuss the situation.

Products are great but delivery is very slow. Seems to take quite awhile for purchase to even leave warehouse.

The product photo was gorgeous but the actual item was an entirely different color and misshapen. Extremely disappointing.
