I was very disappointed in the sconces that I purchased. They were never shown from a side angle and they were very deep and far from the wall. Also they were pencil thin. Finally the shades were quite creamier colored then in the picture. Overall all was disappointed and it cost me $70 to return them.I received a response about my returns and it seems that McGee thought I did not pay for the return but I wasnever sent return labels and was told that I had to pay for returns. So I did actually pay when I sent them back. I’m not sure what the confusion is but I paid at usps

The bar stools I ordered are damaged and all McGee & Co can do for me is say “I’m sorry”. The foot bar on one stool completely broke off within 30 days of deliver, the next two stools I found large cracks in the within 90 days of delivery. Clearly poor quality (yet sold for $550 a stool online..) So disappointed and wish I had never purchased these. I will never be purchasing from McGee & Co again and I will share my negative experience with everyone I know. Spend your money at Restoration Hardware instead!

I’ve purchased a several times through McGee & Co and this was my first order with any issues which is telling but what I really appreciated was how they handled it for me. First, the order got delayed and took some time to arrive but the support team was helpful and kept me informed with emails and updates. Then when the item came back in stock and the package arrived it was the wrong item. I reached out and they immediately worked to resolve it. They sent out the right item with expedited shipping and helped with the return of the incorrect piece. Through it all the reps were helpful and kind in a situation that could have been annoying but I appreciated their help and quick response to making it right.

Purchased a pillow cover and unfortunately it had some defects upon arriving that unfortunately continue to bother bother me but also didn’t seem worth going through the return process. For the price point just wish the quality control had caught this one before sending.
