Very very disappointed !! On the website it says that it’s 38.7” wide and it’s actually only about 18-19” wide . Too small to even look good above my fireplace !

Hi Liz! We are so sorry to hear that your wreath was too small. It looks like a customer experience rep is helping with a free return for this order. Keep an eye out for that email with instructions!

I ordered 3 items - 2 of which were vases in different sizes. As beautiful as the photos may be, it’s a disgrace to see how much they charge when the items arrive entirely broken or chipped. If you are in the business of shipping fragile goods, make sure the packaging is handled correctly

Not impressed. Quality is not great. Delivery time is very slow. And no word on the second item in my order.

Hi Heidi! Thank you so much for providing us with this feedback! We are so sorry to hear about the negative experiences you have had with us! We have implemented changes at our fulfillment center to better our shipping experience for our customers. However, in the meantime, it has caused delays on orders shipping out. I'm really sad to provide a less than stellar review because I'm a big fan of McGee & Co. and have been shopping with them for years. However, I've been noticing a trend lately in my purchases where decor items seem to be shipped with defects and/or are poorly packaged and subsequently damaged during shipment. Most recently, I received a vase with a large chip and several scratches/marks. Additionally, only the one item from my order was shipped even though email confirmations indicated that I would receive all three items from my order. Thankfully, customer service has been very friendly and helpful in resolving issues like this one quickly, but I am starting to feel hesitant about making purchases in the future. As much as I love supporting the brand, I'm not sure that I want to spend time worrying about whether I'll need to take time out of my day to reach out to customer service every time I make an order :(

I have read all these comments and assumed only people with complaints write here and It'll be fine to buy a small thing from Mcgee & Co. I have bought mango wood carved pedestal riser. It was nothing like in the pictures!! I don't think it was mango wood at all. A terrible product has arrived. DO NOT EVEN BUY A SMALL THING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
