McGee & Co.Reviews of mcgeeandco.com

The quality & size of the faux plants were a disappointment to say the least! Way overpriced for the size! Wouldn't recommend...

Update as of 9/23/22: My stools were finally delivered, but in the wrong color. So not only was I charged the full $2,400 for these stools prior to them even being shipped out, now they are the wrong color. I will say that their customer service has been very good so far. I have communicated with a customer service person via email numerous times and also spoken with a supervisor upon request and they both were very nice and helpful. I will update again once everything is resolved. So far, not impressed at all. I ordered 3 counter stools on 9/5/22 and received an email on 9/10/22 that my order had shipped. When I clicked on the tracking information in that email, it states "records not found" for my order. So I emailed customer service on 9/13/22 and they assured me that a label had been created and that my order would ship in "a few days." It's now 9/20 and my order still says "records not found," so I emailed them again. This time, I was given a completely different carrier to check my order status and it states "delivered" on 9/14, even though I have not received anything and my order had not even been shipped out at that point. Nobody answers the phone either. I paid over $2,400 for these counter stools, so I expect someone to return my phone call and provide me accurate information about my order status or give me a refund.

I purchased the Maisie quilt, and was unhappy about several aspects of the experience. First, in all of the photos the center of the quilt is covered up and only the wide border pattern is visible. When I received the quilt I was immediately suspicious that it was done intentionally to conceal the large center design, which has a much less appealing (I would say ugly) color palette. Because it covers the entire top surface of the bed it dominates the appearance. Returning it would have meant losing $60 for shipping costs. The second disappointment was that although the return policy on the website said that returns could be made within 30 days, when I went online the day after receiving the quilt to start the return process it said I had seven days to complete the return. In the end I kept it and used it in a guest bedroom. Lastly, it took about 6 weeks to arrive, even though when I made the purchse the website said the product was in stock.

Ordered my package 10 August 2022. All items have still not been delivered. Some items that arrived were broken as it was packed so poorly. Customer care is inefficient… not sure what to do or how to get a refund.

My order never came no matter after how many phone calls or emails I sent. This was 5 months ago. My first order got messed up and then the next one that arrived, only one item arrived instead of 2. Very angry and disappointed with the customer service.

The product is good, service is not. Takes extra long and If I did not follow up, nothing will not happen . You your support service is not functioning well . No body answers the phone. I have ordered items from your competition, delivery & service is very smooth.

I ordered the carter woven duvet. In the picture it looks like a distinct contrast of taupe/beige and white stripe duvet and is described as having “tonal dimesnion”. It’s not. It’s a solid taupe/beige duvet. Mcgee and Co did a great job rectifying the problem. I also purchased a rug and it's beautiful and shipped quickly!

Everything looks beautiful
