I wanted to come on here and give a positive review as I had read so many negative reviews which scared me from taking the plunge and ordering from McGee but I took a chance and I actually had a good experience. I placed an order for the Sutherland Canopy Bed, 2 Huxton nightstands and 5 Reeves chairs, during their November sale, and I have received all items as of yesterday, and all were in great condition and good quality. The delivery included assembly as well as debris removal for the bed, but not for the other items. I do think that their handling fees are a little excessive, but I am happy with the items, and I feel that a month turnaround time for furniture is relatively quick compared to what I am seeing from other retailers right now (I have ordered items elsewhere in early November that are not arriving until March or April).

I have been waiting a month for my order. I should have looked up reviews before ordering. Customer service takes days to get back to you. They said my order was shipped and it’s still showing that it hasn’t been from fed ex. So frustrating.

I was particularly attracted to a simple Christmas bulb, it was a bit pricey for what is was but I bought 2 of them on November 7. The site had a pre-emptive apology for the 7-10 business day delivery. Not an issue. Actual delivery DECEMBER 8! I know not everyone is not an Amazon, but the person sending the 3 order update emails could have just put the thing in a box. The real point is that they are noticeably 2 different sizes! In fact one bulb is 2/3 the weight of the other! Maybe this fancy company has bigger orders with preference but really!

Alas, after stalking the website for years and never buying, I ordered a few small trinkets and Christmas tree ornaments November 20th. It is now the evening of December 10th. No updates on my order, no shipping, nothing. It is absolutely irresponsible. At the very least, do not charge my credit card until you can fulfill the order. Severely disappointed and shocked a company of this size can get away with such a terrible experience. I’d cancel my order if it was an option at this point, I don’t believe I’ll ever give this company my business ever again.

This company does not answer phone calls. Their online return portal doesn't work so I am forced to leave multiple voicemails and emails to a customer service team that does not respond. The items I ordered do not match the dimensions specified on the website. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism for such a large company. Extremely frustrated.

Ordered on 11/26. You don't even get an email confirmation just to text. Item is supposed to ship withn 5 to 7 business days. Dead silence. I have emailed and left a message on their voicemail since that seems to be the only way to get through. Supposed to be a Christmas gift will never order from this company again.

I really want to love this company, but my experience has been really subpar. We spent a lot on a new bed that said it was in stock. It’s been almost a month and we have yet to receive the bed or any shipping notice. It’s not fair to claim Covid as an excuse when it’s now the end of 2022 and I intentionally ordered something that McGee and Co represented was in stock. Given my experience and the prices they charge, I’m not sure if I’ll order from them again.

Don’t order from this company!!! I finally ordered some items from this company the week of Thanksgiving and have still have not received any actual updates on my order. After I ordered I received an automated email stating that ship times were slower etc., so I knew I needed to be patient. However, after still not hearing anything about my order I emailed their support team asking for an update and got no response. I have sent multiple emails asking to please cancel my order since the items will not arrive in the time I am needing them and have heard nothing. I’m giving them one more day to cancel my order and then I will work with my credit card company to dispute the charges. I wanted to love this company but you can’t operate this way in 2022.
