Terrible experience. Ordered 10 outdoor rugs over a matter of 3-4 months for two homes. Loved them at first. Used half indoors and the other half on multiple covered patios. Any slight exposure to the sun has completely faded and discovered the outdoor rugs in a matter of 2 months. They look dingy and old…. Complete false marketing. Not outdoor rugs. I contacted the company and they said that I shouldn’t have had them outside during incremental weather and i missed the 30 day damaged product return windows…??? 1- They weren’t damaged when I received them obviously, 2- They obviously aren’t made for olde outdoor spaces, let alone covered porches and 3… It’s summer…?!?! How is this considered incremental… when and where was I supposed to use them? What a rip off. Don’t waste your money on their rugs. I’m literally devastated on how much i spent and now how I have to replace my rugs and they are adamant they will not refund, return or replace and somehow it’s my fault. Terrible customer service.

Awful! Received a damaged piece from them, they told me to dispose and provide proof, which I did and that I would get a refund as soon as that was submitted.. Still have not heard back, sent several emails to Sydney and called. No response. Infuriated and will be calling my bank to file a dispute with this company and contacting the better business bureau if I do not hear back today!

I placed an order for a rug on 6/27/23, and after 4 weeks with no updates or tracking information from the company, I reached out. Their customer service rep. told me the rug was "lost in transit" and that they'd ship a new one in two days. 3 days later, I still had not received any updates, so I reached out again. The same rep. informed me that a rug would ship out 8/28/23 -- two months after I placed my initial order! I explained that this was unacceptable and am still waiting for an update and tracking number. Beware of the McGee & Co. scam!

I placed an order on May 30th with a 4-6 week arrival time. It is now July 25th and I still have not received my furniture. Anytime I inquire, they say it will be shipped "next week". Not upfront, would not order from this company again.

My experience with this company has been terrible. Shipping takes forever and when the items finally arrive usually one of them is damaged. After reaching out to their customer service on multiple platforms I still have not been responded to.

This is the most unbelievable experience. I ordered 2 lamps that were to be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. It has been 9 weeks no lamps. I have been trying to find out for weeks when they are going to be delivered. No response from the company. They never get back to me. I’ve ask for a refund and they will not give me one. This is not a special order. I only want a refund. They keep giving me lame excuses and will not refund my money. They hung up on me because Christy said we we were not getting anywhere. Ask for a manager still have not heard from one. Fraud.

I ordered two nightstands from this company. I had not even received them and they went on sale for 50% off. The company was unwilling to make a price adjustment or offer any kind of resolution besides restating their "fine print". Apparently, price adjustments are only available within one week. I called at two weeks. This could have been easily remedied with even a smaller discount. Instead, they lost a customer, who needs to furnish a whole house, forever. Just bad business and really poor customer service. I should've trusted Trustpilot. The nightstands have been sitting at a warehouse for almost a week at this point. It took three days after they arrived there for someone to reach out and schedule delivery. Just misses across the board it seems. As requested by vendor : Order #566146 Update - Day 7 since order number provided; no further comms from vendor. Reached out via email and they are only providing me a 30% discount at this point. ($540 v. $900) Questioning them on this and will update with company's response. Day 9 - company responded and I can verify receiving the promised 50% refund. Overall, still an exhausting experience to get some common sense customer service. Feels like their philosophy is to exhaust their resources not providing refunds in hopes their customers just drop it.

I've had a Barden couch on order for 20 weeks. When I ordered it, it was advertised as 10 - 14 weeks. After that wait time and no couch I contacted them. I was originally told that it was a week from shipping. After 3 weeks of waiting and no couch, I reached out again to be told it that the item was on backorder, however, the item isn't marked as such on their website. Very unsettling...
