Great products, great customer service

Maximus offers a service that's very important and needed for many people. I was skeptical at first but after doing their protocol for just a month and they have delivered on everything they promised their product would do. I highly recommend their services.

(6/3/2025 Update) - Mickler, from Customer Service, called me. After a lengthy discussion I do feel like Maximus made this right for me. When I do a follow-up test, I will consider using them for the lab results. End of Update... (Original Review) You will not receive advice from an actual doctor unless you subscribe to a protocol, which is difficult to do without someone actually helping you fully understand your results. I sent my blood test in 5/20, received a text that it was at the lab on 5/21, but did not get my results until I contacted support myself on 5/27. Apparently, there was some type of issue with their automated delivery of my results so it had to be manually sent to me. Not sure how long I would have waited if I hadn't reached out. The website advertises that you will receive you Free T values on your test, but due to whatever issue they had, my lab results were generated in a different way. Because of this is exposed another issue, in my opinion. Maximus uses a generic Albumin value of 4.3 in order to calculate you, me or anyone else's Free T value based on your Total T and SHGB. I understand that slight variations in this value do not make a huge difference, but it feels cheap. They told me that in order to test Albumin, other critical tests would need to be sacrificed so they use the generic 4.3 value for EVERYONE. So, in my opinion, you are NOT getting YOUR Free T values, this is false advertising. Of course, the only thing they offered for this bad experience was a discount on a protocol. Too bad I don't even know if I need one. If I were you, I would find a more professional company for your testing. Pros: Testing device was painless and easy to use, with clear instructions. Cons: Delivery of results, complete process failure No help understanding the results without subscribing to an expensive protocol. False advertising on Free T since a generic Albumin value is used for every single patient.
