Do any humans work here anymore? I bought a mattress in June. I had delivery set up for the first week of August. The night before delivery, I got an e-mail saying the delivery was cancelled. I called my local store. The salesperson told me that mattress was out of stock, and wouldn't be in until the end of August. I tried to cancel my order online, but couldn't contact a human for 3 days! I was told all the Customer Service was done via e-mail. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mattress was defective and they didn’t replace my the mattress because of a stupid denial stating had stains and it didn’t. And they will not help me I did the warranty claim twice

I was fired from Kingsdown, the company that makes the Mattresses. Total sweat shop. Two women went home sick that sat next to me. When I asked three days later if they tested positive for Covid 19, the General Manager Jake told me to leave and not come back. I guess they were fired also. They had replaced the sick women already when I was fired.

Buyer go else where. This company plays a game with pricing and quality. I bought a few mattresses from, one defective and they could not locate my purchase in their system for return. I bought another mattress from them and they failed to pick up defective one and then would not give me my refund after having promised it. My 2nd mattress bought 3 years later was not the same quality as the one I sampled in the store. They tried to convince me I had to break it in. Not true there was no way the mattress was going to "break in". The company then said if I did not rebuy from them I owe a 20% restocking fee and a pick up fee of $99.00. You dont need to spend 6000.00 on a bed to get a great bed. GO TO ANOTHER STORE! They could not locate 2 beds in their system.

I see and agree with the issues others have with not being able to speak to anyone online (through the chat option) or by phone BUT, I have to brag on the store in Roswell, Georgia! I bought a mattress set in September for our guest bedroom (which has never been slept on yet) and noticed a defect in the box spring. I stopped by the Roswell store and explained the situation to Adrienne who immediately contacted Crystal (who was the initial person we purchased from) and they began resolution immediately! This was Thursday and on Friday I received communication that my replacement would be delivered the next day on Saturday! Sure enough, the next day during the two hour window, we received a call that they were in route! Stoney and Eddie quickly and efficiently replaced the box spring and were super courteous and friendly. Despite the company's infrastructure issues, there are stores like Roswell with great employees who continue to represent the company in a positive light and for them, I am grateful! Way to go Crystal, Adrienne, Stoney and Eddie!!!!!

I bought a mattress 2 years ago. It is sagging and I have filed a warranty complaint and did everything they told me to do and sent pictures. It has been 2 months now and I have yet to hear from anyone. Customer service is a nightmare. Can’t get through to anyone. The chat is ridiculous I am about to file a complaint with the BBB and consumer protection. Do not do business with Mattress FirmThey take your money and forget about you

Same as the rest... promised delivery within the week... Now am two weeks out and still waiting for my futon mattress. i just moved with no furniture, so still sitting in a lawn chair in my house. can’t reach anyone, no phone contacts, live chat sends you to a service request screen. can’t even cancel the order. Never again will they get my business!! this time either if i can get it cancelled.

I am so disappointed with this company. The first issue is that you cannot speak to anyone on the phone, no matter which option you choose. That is a bad sign and one I wish I would have know ahead of time. I ordered a mattress and box spring. After trying to sleep on it for several nights and not making it through the night, I checked the tag against my order to find they delivered the wrong one. Emails with customer service assured me this would be corrected. That was 4 days ago and STILL no one has contacted me to make this right.
