I bought mattress from mattress firm 3 years ago. The mattress sagged in the middle within 3 years. I called Mattress Firm about to owner their warranty. After they make me jump through the hoops, they refused to even give me partial credit because they said the mattress didn't have the cover while in use. The mattress has a bad workmanship where you actually start feeling the coil after a few years of use and the warranty is fake. They will never honor their warranty. It really doesn't matter what you do they will find a reason to decline warranty. I will never buy any mattress from Mattress Firm. If you buy a different brand from Mattress Firm they will tell you to call the manufacturer of the Mattress for warranty. Mattress Firm is really bad...

Mattresses Not fit for 3rd World Countries Mattress firm must contract with companies that make mattresses for 3rd world countries whose people are accustomed to sleeping on floor mats. While customer service was good, mattress quality is poor. I purchased a Beautyrest firm pillow top that lost its support in less than 3 months. I traded that in on another Beautyrest firm and the same thing happened. The lack of support was so bad after a couple of months, I ended up on steroids for severe back pain. The 3rd time, I upgraded to a Stearns and Foster and paid an extra $1,000. Well, 3 months in the mattress has lost support again. I will never buy another mattress from Mattress Firm nor will I refer to them.

I was supposed to have a delivery on Thursday. I took the day off work to accept the delivery and received a call the night before at 4 oclock that the delivery was delayed to Saturday. Too late now to cancel my day off Then, I said it must be delivered in the morning on Saturday for the redelivery. It was scheduled for 1:30-3:30, not the morning. Then it was rescheduled for Monday with Diamond server so that it would arrive between 10-12. I received a call about delivery between 11:30-1:30 and it was Silver service, meaning they would not offer the level of delivery I even paid for originally (Gold Service). I received a call from a corporate representative in response to a bad review and they apologized and offered a credit on the order. Now 15 days later and no credit and no one is even aware of such credit to be issued.

Mattress Firm Leadership, I recently purchased the Tempur-Proadapt Medium Hybrid Matt King Prime. I was charged $3,6699 which included the $200 off special. The total amount spent was $4,036.53. I requested that sales rep honor the signage in the front store window which is displayed in several Mattress Firm stores. The signage advertised states “King Bed Queen Price” as seen in the attached photos. The sales rep referred me to his manager Kathryn as he stated the special excludes Tempur band. Kathryn also declined to honor the offer and referenced the same exclusion. I requested her email and the district manager’s email. I also noticed that the store manager greeted all store customers, even one’s who were with a sales rep. I was there with my interior designer for about 30 mins, left then returned and spent over an hour in the store. We were never greeted by the store manager. We also happened to be the only black couple there being assisted by a black team member. I found it odd that we were not greeted in the same fashion as the other customers. We expressed our displeasure to the sales rep, and he expressed that the store manager just sees that we are being taken care of. We left the topic alone even though we had a bad taste in our mouth from not being greeted like other customers and not being honored with the offer that was advertised. I still purchased the mattress despite my hesitation because there were only three in stock and the sales rep, Jude, did a great job assisting us. I also respected the fact that he supported his leader and did not throw her under the bus. I wanted to ensure he received credit for the sale because of his attention to us. Texas deceptive trade practices laws prohibit “false advertising” and “bait and switch” advertising practices. Under the law, Mattress Firm’s advertising falls under Texas deceptive trade practices. I am writing Mattress Firm to give the opportunity to rectify this situation to prevent further escalation of this matter. Further escalation would include getting my attorney involved and filing a consumer complaint. I do not want to escalate as I would rather handle this issue with Mattress Firm directly. I’ve purchased four mattresses from Mattress Firm. Hopefully we can come to a resolution of this issue. I look forward to hearing from Mattress Firm leadership to see how we can resolve. Thanks, Marco Walker

They could not figure out the model Beautyrest mattress we wanted and what store to go to. We ended up 3 different stores. Delivery white glove, we had a metal base already, a common occurrence, but they would not take out the metal slats and the store did not tell us we had to remove them. Lucky my spouse found a screw driver. We realized that the headboard brackets that were included with the adj frame were not left with us. We might need these in the future. We went to the store and they were useless and said they get those requests all the time for the brackets that the installers do not leave. They did not have any. Houston you have a problem! They acted like it was my problem and not theirs. Bad customer service policy. Their customer service line is disabled on their web page. Telling lots of people how bad they are.

1 star is too good for them. They will lie and promise you anything so that you pay in full for something they do not deliver.
