Welcome to the shadiest experience of buying a mattress First I try and purchase the mattress online. After I input a code online and the site recognizes the discount, I go to checkout and the website deletes my item. I did this over a couple of days and after speaking with a customer representative I realized they do this on purpose. 2. After I speak with a representative who tries to upsell me on more products I enter my credit card info and it's declined. I check my credit card company and they CHARGED ME 3 TIMES.

I bought a Serta online from Mattress Firm.. Was on sale with discounts.. A great deal! But after 2/years, the Serta mattress has collapsed (as in sinks in where we sleep). I filled a warranty claim and Mattress Firm agreed. So Mattress Firm gave me a store credit for the discounted price of the mattress with no options to physically replace the mattress. I need a mattress, not a store credit. Note that the sale price I bought it for will not cover the purchase of a new one (big exclusions stating that the credit cert could not be used on any sale or discounted items, so I cannot get the same deal I had before... I will need to pay up and pay the list price for my replacement ). Yes, they got me. So bottom line, I cannot recommend Serta nor Mattress Firm. Order from any other manufacturer online.. Or Amazon who holds true to their warranty. Just my experience and opinion.

I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm and had NO idea about all the stipulations that came with returning this product due to my wife not being able to rest on the mattress. When asking to exchange and pay the difference for a Firmer Mattress I was told NO because I purchased a Cal/King and I bought it on sale ($1900) and it’s my problem not theirs. That’s not good customer service a DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE SEEKING TOTAL CONSUMER SATISFACTION.

The cool gel pillows are terrible and offer no support. I laid on the pillow they had on display and that one supported my neck and head. The pillow they shipped sinks all the way down. I called and complained of neck issues with the pillow they don't care and states no returns or refund. This pillow is terrible to use.

I placed an order , they took my money , and then told me no order had been placed .

We love mattress firm. We have bought six of their mattresses over time. However, this review is on a mattress firm employee named Jacob who works at Polo Towne Crossing in Plano. Short story, my daughter moved to Austin and had a scheduled time slot to have her mattress delivered. She needed to change the delivery and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I reached out to Jacob just to see if he could help direct us on what to do. He literally called Austin at 5:00pm on a Friday night and helped reschedule the delivery. He took care of everything! He didn’t have to help in anyway due to the fact she bought the mattress not from his mattress firm. Jacob, You’re awesome! We will come straight to you for our next mattress!

Their mattresses do not withstand the test of true time and their warranties are limited we bought a mattress 3 years ago and it’s sagging. Submitted claim states it’s within standard. I disagree but they have lost a customer. I will never buy their mattress again Or any brand from them again. So disappointed have been a customer for years.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst possible customer service and worst products ever! DO NOT BUY from them they will screw you every which way. Bought a queen beauty rest mattress within a day the bed was sinking in four spots, called the store the next day and said they couldn’t do anything about it I had to file a claim. Claim went through and I got to pick a new mattress after hassles,we’ll come to find out the new mattress does the same thing. So called mattress firm again remind you it has only been 3 months maybe not even at this point. I told them I am done I just want to return it and be over and done with this. He said nope that’s not an option because it’s from the outlet. I don’t care where anything is from if a company is selling defective expensive furniture that people have to sleep on and trusted these people when helping pick out a bed I haven’t ever experienced anything like this and now I’m stuck with a $1,300 bed that I can’t do anything with. Two $120 pillows I can’t sleep on because of my neck and the adjustable frame is bent. This is not how you run a business especially when it comes to something people rely on daily like a good nights rest. It’s just sad they are ok doing this. Don’t let them get you.
