We had a great experience with Roderick at the Sterling Heights location. He was a great salesman and a heck of a nice guy. No verdict yet as far as the mattress and box spring go as it’s too soon to tell. Will update in 3-6 months of use.

I cannot get a response or reply from Mattress Firm regarding a warranty claim for my sagging mattress. At this point I can safely conclude that Mattress Firm refuses to honor their warranty and will not communicate. I would have been better off buying a mattress from Costco.

Compre un colchón en Mattress Firm. Un Beauty rest black cover , pague $3,900. NO paso ni 4 meses y el colchón a perdido volumen y esta hundido. Yo peso 135/lb y solo uso un lado del colchón , pues ese lado esta hundido, ya no es cómodo dormir allí. Fui a la tienda y me dijeron que llamara por teléfono o siguiera unas instrucciones en línea. Una de la opciones era pagar $80.00 para que alguien venga a ver el colchón y eso no garantizaba que me lo cambiarían. Realmente estoy decepcionada con esta tienda , aun estoy pagando el colchón , de seguro que cuando termine de pagarlo , el colchón ya no sirva por lo incomodo y lo extraño que se ve con el hundimiento en un lado de la cama. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA FIRMA, estas tiendas que se dedican a vender solo colchones son una estafa

Don't buy a Sealy Frisco Queen if you expect it to be "FIRM" as advertised. I've had mine for about 2 weeks and it is NOT firm. In fact, it sags as much as much as the 30 year old one it replaced. Too much trouble to attempt to exchange.Also,for 99 bucks, I expected the delivery to be adequately communicated. The only "live" communication was, "We'll be there in 10 minutes."

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Last month, I noticed that my credit card had been charged by your company for a purchase I did not make. I immediately contacted your customer service to report the fraudulent transaction. Unfortunately, I was transferred between multiple phone numbers and told several times that I would receive a callback, which never happened. After several attempts, I was finally given a case number, but no meaningful follow-up was provided. Despite informing your company that my credit card information had been compromised, the merchandise was still delivered to the unauthorized party. This is very concerning, as it shows a lack of proper action even after being notified of fraud. To this day, I have not received any updates regarding my case. Instead, I am now receiving requests to review a purchase that I did not make. This situation raises serious concerns about how your company handles fraud cases. Sending merchandise after being informed of unauthorized use makes it seem as though proper precautions were not taken.

I saw the same mattress in Costco for $200 less yet they say you're getting such a great deal on it.

I wasn’t aware that the box springs come in different heights.. mattress firm exchanged my box spring to lower height which made it more comfortable …. The delivery service outstanding …. They set up my new mattress & (disposed) took my old one away… the delivery guys were outstanding …

I broke my femur bone and needed a soft mattress Cameron the sales person listened to what I wanted and led me right to the mattress I needed. I didn't pay to have it set up, and when I had a bit of trouble I talked to joe on the phone, and got my answer. I'll definitly buy there again. Ask for Cameron.
