I have purchased probably my 5th or 6th bed from these guys. The delivery has gotten horrible. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the bed (which I knew) but as of 48 prior they still can not narrow a time down to even morning or afternoon. That is insane. Like they don't think anyone works? Then the lady on the phone says maybe we can reschedule? The most unhelpful comment. This will be my last bed from them based 100% on the delivery issues.

My mattress never shipped after a week, even though it was supposed to come a day after I ordered it

John Pesch was great in helping me select a new mattress and when it turned out to be unsatisfactory, he was even more helpful in helping me return the first set and select the replacement. The men (can't remember their names) who delivered and set up the first set were wonderful. Brought a big (too big), heavy king size mattress through my house without any mishaps, quick, efficient, nice. The two men (Guillermo and the other guy) who handled the removal of the first set and installation of the second, were also perfect. Fast, efficient, careful of the corners and the furniture in the rooms they had to pass through, The Mattress Firm business was great, and the installation and removal and re-installation was PERFECT.

Sold me a comfortable mattress, and gave me a follow-up phone call, and mailed a special order cover, saving me a 500 mile round- trip. Appreciate the good customer service from the salesman.

We bought a mattress in 2020 had it on an adjustable platform for all but just a couple of months. Because of a move we got rid of the platform and put it on a box springs and realizing that there was some sinking or lapsing in the mattress, we attempted to file a warranty claim which we were denied because it’s currently sitting on the wrong box spring which is a pile of garbage. They have denied the warranty claim and because of that I am giving them less than one star review because I’m very disappointed with them and I will never do business with mattress firm again because of this

the sales person lied about the delivery fee, I was told that they would deliver mattress to the front porch and I would take it downstairs and assemble it, when they arrived I was told that they were going to take it downstairs and assemble it ,they are very dishonest

I had excellent service with Karen & Liza in North Haven CT. My friend bought a bed from there. I was with him. It was great service. Great bed. I guess a company is only as good as their employees. Hats off to those 2 ladies. Go to North Haven CT and tell them Brenda sent you!

Mattress Firm was paid $4,000 to replace a mattress and remove the existing box spring and mattress. We waited two weeks for delivery. The mattress installers were "unable" to remove the existing box spring, despite the fact that the box spring was installed at the same time that the old mattress was installed, with no issues by the installer of the original mattress/box spring. So, now we do not have a new bed and we are left with our old bed. Mattress Firm utterly failed to perform one of the most basic steps in replacing a mattress, i.e., removing the existing mattress. Caveat emptor.
