Watch what you buy from this company, they will sell you mattress that have known defects and not inform consumer. Then when you confront them they do not want to offer you a coupon discount for a 3 month effective date and cannot use it on any decent mattress' Like yeah I am going to buy another mattress from your company.

Buyers beware*** how does a stain I got just two weeks ago void the warranty for faulty material and workmanship. I would be happy to keep the mattress that I pay a lot for with 1 stain if the manufactured product worked correctly and didn’t wake me up at night while sleep from the spring pinging at night and the side already breaking down. I will not be back to spend my hard earned money into another mattress that is fault and void the warranty for something such as a mark or stain that has nothing to do with the product breaking down after only 2 1/2 years. It was not a cheap mattress! When the stain is no where close to the spot I have a problem with at all. So NO I will not be wasting my money or using the 20% off with a company that will not cover a faulty product. You and your company should feel shameful for take advantage of people like me paying high price for faulty products. I will not recommending Mattress Firm or Sealy ever again and I promise I will not leave a good review. I will post this whole statement on your review page if you do not make this right.

A delivery date was set for Saturday from 2pm to 4 pm. Received a text saying it was delayed. At 1:30 pm received another text saying the delivery truck was stopped at a weigh station and could not move. I have yet to hear anything from Mattress Firm again. They went radio silence. Not a good way to do business when you order $7k from them.

Purchased Pressuremart mattress in October, 2025. After two weeks was not happy with it and wanted to exchange for Simmons Beautyrest. There was going to be a $209 charge to exchange; however we learned that mattress was no longer available! No other options were offered. We decided we would have to keep the mattress. We continued to see deterioration, ie sides not holding up and divets where our body lays! On August 13, 2026 I submitted a warranty claim because of the problems. I received a response stating that my warranty claim was denied because I don’t have 3 frame supports. The mattress sits on top of a box springs which sits inside the wooden bed frame. All previous mattresses have sit inside the wooden frame without problems. I did not receive a copy of the warranty nor was told about the 3 support requirement. Mattress Firm warranty support department has been responsive; however they informed me the warranty is void because I don’t have 3 supports. Further, the divets that are showing now do not meet the requirements of defects ( are not deep enough). Of course we have only used the mattress for six months, therefore, the divets are only getting worse. I have a mattress that has no warranty simply because it doesn’t have 3 supports ( only has 2– the sides of the wooden bed frame). I have tried to explain but Mattress Firm keeps quoting the warranty requirements and that warranty can be reinstated if I get 3 supports—which would require another bed frame or additional work to the bed frame! Buyer beware!! I don’t feel Mattress Firm fully discloses their policies and are not very responsive to my problems with the mattress! I will NOT be purchasing any more mattresses from them and will NOT recommend them to anyone who asks

I wish I could give "0" star. Worst experience ever. Ordered a mattress for my son three weeks ago moving in his apartment at college. I ordered online. A night before, we received the tracking # and gave us a delivery period as well. Then nothing happened. It seems, the mattress we ordered was discontinued, and never placed. Even though Mattress Firm received our full payment. No communication about the mattress being discontinued. I had the call a local store and find out from the manager there. STAY AWAY. ALL COMPANIES ARE SELLING MATTRESSES THE SAME PRICE, SO PURCHASE FROM SOMEONE ELSE YOU CAN TRUST.

I purchased a Sealy mattress six years ago. Got it home and immediately removed the tag that says “do not remove except by the consumer” as I always do…I’m the consumer, after all. Fast forward to a few months ago, when my mattress collapsed in the center. I sent pictures to Mattress Firm, including the area of the collapse and the place where the tag had been removed. They requested more pictures, requiring removal of both the mattress and box spring, which wasn’t easy as I’m 75 and live alone. The pictures clearly indicate the collapse. I was denied qualification for the warranty because of the tag removal. Their customer service is horrible. I’m going elsewhere for my new purchase. A word of advice…leave the tags on even though it says you can remove it!
