Had a great experience with the Quincy location. Jen listened to my preferences and truly helped in my making the right choice. Michael and Jonathan were amazing with the delivery process – navigating a tight stairway and set everything up. They went above and beyond.

Ordered a twin size bed and adjustable frame. Was told it would arrive on September 17 received emails and texts past week saying it would arrive on September 17. Got a text yesterday saying it will not arrive until October 29th unless I want to pay more for a better adjustable frame. Called corporate and they tried to upsell me to a much more expensive frame. Their phone then transferred me to the Owasso Oklahoma store and they told me to cancel the order come in to the store and they would sell me a higher priced set. I emailed corporate ceo and they called and even they tried to upsell me. They blame it on vendor issues. Yet they guaranteed me when they took my order it would be delivered on September 17th. They knew I was a senior disabled veteran because I tried to use my tax card. They billed my credit card on August 28, and I have since paid it off. I feel they have defrauded me of my funds and use of it since that date, and will only help me if I pay more money for a more expensive set. I feel like a foolish old man that has been duped by a National company with brick and mortar stores in Oklahoma. Maybe if I didn't try to use my Oklahoma Disabled Veteran tax card they would not see me has such an easy mark. The frame they tried to upsell me to is $800.00 more! I'm sure Mattress Firm will leave a standard contact us click and paste reply. The fact is I have been in touch with Melissa at the Houston Corporate Office. She saud they could get the mattress here in October without the frame! Guess Mattress Firm doesn't care if my 9 year old granddaughter sleeps on the floor, but I do!

It's not a "FREE" adjustable base, if you never deliver it! And after waiting a month they text you the day before your delivery date, saying it will be another month..."OR", you can buy an upgraded base at more money! I would say this is bait and switch, but to do that they would ACTUALLY have to have what you ordered and they promised to deliver. ! This corporation doesn't seen to care. If they can't get more cash out of you they just keep postponing delivery one month at a time!

Very disappointing experience with Mattress Firm. I purchased my mattress almost 10 years ago, and I am currently trying to use the warranty on this one mattress. I have purchased other mattresses from Mattress Firm over the years and have had no problems with those purchases. The problem is how Mattress Firm has handled this warranty claim. I provided the photos they requested, but they denied my claim based on the photos alone. I asked them to send an inspector to my home so the mattress could be physically inspected and the defect could be properly evaluated. Their response was that they do not have an inspector in my area. Even more frustrating, I was told that regardless of how many mattresses I have purchased from Mattress Firm, it would not change their decision to deny my claim. I wasn't asking for special treatment because I have been a longtime customer. I simply wanted the mattress inspected before having my warranty claim denied. This is extremely disappointing. When you're buying a mattress, you hear about warranties and how the company stands behind its products. But when you actually need to use that warranty, my experience has been completely different. I have been a customer for years and have purchased multiple mattresses from Mattress Firm. I have had no issues with the other mattresses, but the way this particular warranty claim has been handled has seriously damaged my trust in the company. If Mattress Firm is going to offer a warranty, customers should be given a fair opportunity to have a defective mattress inspected before their claim is simply denied. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way this warranty claim was handled

Total Bait and Switch and a representative who merely responded "lol" when I pointed this out. Will never make a purchase from this company!

I am very disappointed with the purchase I made for matches Firm. My sales purses was Sheena and the manager nameAntwan I have a spinal cord injury and I requested a bed that goes up to 70° however they sold me a bed that goes up to 55° and told me there’s no changing or replacing the bed however, I could exchange the mattress if I’m unhappy with the Matress after 30 days please do not take these people word for they will take advantage of you iMessage the young lady a couple times and she didn’t respond. I spoke with the manager Antoine and he was very rude to me. He was very nice before the sale, but after the sale they do not carry anything about you.

Very unhappy with how things happened. I ordered a mattress and box spring with no delivery date until they sent an email and said it would take 2 weeks! I finally called and then I was told there was good to be another delay and it wouldn’t be delivered for at least another week. Then all of a sudden, it was coming on the original date. The guys were supposed to bring it in. They tried to get away with not doing it. They damaged my walls trying to get the box spring in and now the delivery company doesn’t want to take any accountability. In fact they are extremely rude and have just stopped communicating all together! I know it’s a 3rd party vendor doing the delivery, but they should be fired! I had to have my walls fixed and painted and it cost my a couple hundred bucks!!!! This is absolutely unbelievable. Never again.

It was Labor Day. I was at the local MF store selecting a mattress so I expected there to be more customers than usual that day. What I didn’t expect was to have to have a sales person divide their time between me and several other customers and then with a different sales person also which caused me to be at the store 3 times longer than I should have been. The sales people were helpful and knew their product, but only 2 sales people. Advertisements were aimed to make the public think there was a large savings to be had including military and first responder discounts There was also a long list of mattresses that did not qualify for a discount. It appeared to me the local store had only the mattresses brands on the floor that did not qualify for discounts. I selected a mattress I wanted to try out in the store did they did not have it in stock. When you find a mattress online, a 15% discount pops up, but then it says if it qualifies. My coupon code was not accepted. I think the sales person said she would give a friends and family discount which equaled to about $50 subtracted from the delivery and set up fee. Not saying the local store cheated me or the store didn’t have the right to exclude certain brands, but I am saying the discounts that attract buyers are very misleading and I doubt from my shopping and buying experience that I will ever shop for another mattress at Mattress Firm.
