I bought 4 locks in one package. Only 2 keys! Need more keys and can't order. And, there's no way to get more copies. Will never do this again. Very disappointing. I've "locked out" Master Lock from my future purchases.

I waited on hold for 17 minutes just to speak with someone! I immediately returned the keys and was told that I would have to wait 30-45 days for the credit. Now I'm being told I have to wait another 30-45 days from July 1! Worst company that I have ever dealt with! Will never buy their product again! I will be contacting BBB! I will say that Amber was wonderful and very helpful!

This company has terrible customer service. You’ll wait on hold for half an hour before you can talk to someone. The battery ran out on my combination safe and, even though I know the combination, the safe won’t open. I contacted them on April 19th and was told hot $31 they would send me a key that could open the safe. After 30 days, I’d still not heard from them and I called, waited on hold, and then told the key “is on back order” and won’t arrive until August. I should expect my key around mid September”. I can see why 80% of this company’s reviews are 1 star

Bien qu'ayant suivi scrupuleusement la procédure de création du code personnel, le nouveau code n'est pas pris en compte... mais le code d'usine ne fonctionne plus. Le cadenas acheté (cher) ne sert donc à rien. Il n'y a pas de joignable au téléphone, il faut remplir un formulaire et écrire. J'ai besoin d'un cadenas AUJOURD'HUI pour fermer mon placard à l'hôpital, car je suis hospitalisé aujourd'hui. Je fais comment? J'achète un autre cadenas, d'une autre marque... En résumé, 30 euros à la poubelle. Merci!

I already had a Master Lock key safe but upgraded it and bought the Bluetooth Key Safe 5441EURD - S, very easy to set up, very sturdy and heavy, and can give up to five personsl numbers out as well or open it from my iphone, it does everything it says it can and by far the best on the market, i do not have one negative thing to say about it
