Update: we now have a brand new lock from the company. We bought a brand new master lock key safe. It’s screwed on a wooden outside door and the combination failed. Emailed company and they said take it back to screw fix. How can we when it’s screwed to an external door and will make a mess trying to get it off.

I bought a Masterlock knowing it’s supposed to be a reliable brand and it is. My complaint as a graphic designer is the size of type in the multi-lingual instruction manual. It must be 2points or so. Absolutely useless unless you have a magnifying glass - or maybe a microscope! Illegible = useless

Master Lock Magnum model m175 xdlf The only problem with this lock is it's not really easy to open up. you really have to yank on it. Also the rubber flap on the bottom which I assume is designed for weather conditions really doesn't stay covered on the numbers. I don't understand what the point of the rubber flap is if doesn't stay covered on the numbers
