Bought a lock box, broke several weeks later. Called, they asked for a picture and immediately sent a brand new replacement. This is how customer service ought to be.

Excellent customer services fully understanding to my situation and resolved

From the beginning, the customer service team have been polite, responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Highest commendation to Ann Stakem on service team she was so helpful and understanding. She explained that they need to analyse the lock to determine the fault, which I completely understand, and throughout the process they have communicated clearly and respectfully. What impressed me most is that nowadays it is becoming increasingly difficult to find companies that truly stand behind their products with honest warranty support and a proper returns process. Many companies simply make things difficult or avoid responsibility altogether. Master Lock, on the other hand, appear to value integrity, customer trust, product quality, and accountability — and that really matters. Even though the issue itself was disappointing, the service experience has restored confidence in the brand. Their team have shown patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to resolve the matter fairly. Once inspected, the faulty lock was replaced with no quibbles, outstanding service. They also covered my return postage cost. After reading dozens upon dozens of "Master" combination padlock reviews, I will not be purchasing any ever again. I visited my local branch of Tesco's on Teesside today (where I normally buy these locks), to replace one that I had to snip off my bike, but they had none on stock so I couldn't. Fortunately I decided to read reviews on the Trustpilot site and think I got a lucky escape. The amount of dissatisfied customers is astounding.

Found an old lock in our storage which obviously we didn't remember the combination for. Took a picture of the back of the lock with the serial number and proof that the lock was not attached to anything. Within a couple of days they responded with the combination. It worked and now we have an extra lock to use.

Very good quality locks. My favorite, is a combination lock for our garage. No matter what the weather is like and especially in freezing temperatures, it always opens and locks trouble free !!!

I already had a Master Lock key safe but upgraded it and bought the Bluetooth Key Safe 5441EURD - S, very easy to set up, very sturdy and heavy, and can give up to five personsl numbers out as well or open it from my iphone, it does everything it says it can and by far the best on the market, i do not have one negative thing to say about it
