MasterLock supplies market-leading Key Safes and Locks, each with a lifetime warranty. Very reassuring. I've had to send back a couple of u/s locks and ML have always sent me FOC replacements. Great locks, backed up by good service. Well done!

I could not get my 646t padlock to work (couldn't reset the combination). I called US customer service and after a short wait, someone answered and walked me through how to do it. Her explanation was a little clearer than the written instructions and it worked. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes, including wait time. So my review would have been a 1 but customer service saved the day,

I purchased a 643D Silver colored Master Lock for work. The instructions on the back are not accurate. The very first thing it asks you to do to set your new combination is to: Choose your new four LETTER combination. There are no letters on this lock. It should say NUMBERS, not letters. The spanish translation also says letters. So does the french. WHY???????
