As soon as the Dormakaba EV3 clones were available I was one of the 1st to order a couple. Communication was excellent, almost immediate and they went out of their way to ensure that I ordered the right thing for my situation. The process was very simple and customer support was excellent in helping with the cloning process. I have since order another set. Again, it was very simple and straightforward and the support was very, very good. It is a rare find to find a shop that is so dedicated to their customers. Very highly recommended.
