Great small company offering great and unique items at a discounted price. Products I might normally not take a change on end up in my home and I really enjoy it!!! They have excellent customer service as well.

That’s the best kind of shopping surprise! 😉 You came for the deals and ended up bringing home things you never expected to try. Thanks for the AWESOME review and for the love!

Products/Brands I buy regularly, at a fraction of the price. Easy-to-hit Free Shipping minimums. Can't beat it!

We love this, Adria! There's nothing better than finding the brands you already love at prices that make stocking up a little more fun. Thanks for shopping with Martie!

I ordered items that had advertised best before dates that were several months out. When they arrived, three items had expired. Apparently the "September" expiration date was actually just a "we reckon it will be okay" expiration date, two months later than the real one. And the bread was stale. So, I reached out to ask for a refund on the stale bread, and they refused it. I also agree with the other review that the amount of single-use plastic in the packaging was appalling and so goes against their claims of sustainability. My first, and so - obviously - last experience.

Gavin, we're sorry your first Martie experience missed the mark. While some of the products in your order were sold with an extended best-by date as noted on the product page, we never want concerns about a product to get in the way of enjoying your order. We're glad we were able to resolve this with you directly, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, including your thoughts on our packaging.

I ordered 4 ahava face masks and found a few other items to reach the minimum order requirements. I was never given the chance to cancel the rest of the order when I was sent a email saying the ahava product was refunded out of stock. 5 days after placing my order. Very poor inventory control to take more orders than product. Never again
Response from martie.comAug 19, 2026
Debbie, we’re sorry the AHAVA masks were no longer available for your order. We understand how disappointing that was, especially knowing the other items were added to reach the order minimum. We’ve reached out directly and hope to have the chance to leave you with a better experience.

I love shopping at Marties,my only issue is that their minimum for free shipping gets higher by the month.I do understand that the economy is in distress, but that’s why I try to find affordable prices.

Totally hear you, Itza! We know free shipping can make a great deal even better, especially when you're shopping for value. Thanks for sharing your perspective and for shopping with us!

I used to be a fan, but their shipping keeps getting worse, and when I reached out to them to cancel an order because it hadn't shipped they completely ignored my request. When I reached out again they apologized and then shipped the order even though I had told them I couldn't use it I would be out of town. Proceed with caution

Liz, we're truly sorry we let you down. We understand how frustrating it is when a shipping delay throws off your plans and leaves you feeling unheard. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope we'll have the opportunity to earn back your trust.

Don't like limits on specialty sodas and snacks. Why would I buy just a pack of 4 drinks for a weekend or an event? Otherwise I could just run to the store. Prices are good, but quantities are very small for the price, especially snacks and pantry.
Response from martie.comJul 30, 2026
Thanks for the honest feedback, Brenna. We know it can be frustrating when you can't grab as much as you'd like for a gathering. We put limits on some items so more shoppers have a chance to enjoy them. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the Martie experience.
