I love shopping at Marties,my only issue is that their minimum for free shipping gets higher by the month.I do understand that the economy is in distress, but that’s why I try to find affordable prices.

Martie has a lot of quality items you can't find in your local store, at great prices. I like that they save and make available to me higher end items that I wouldn't normally be able to afford due to their price, It is a win win win, I get items I would love to try and or buy and pay less, and help save the planet at the same time

Most of the food tastes great and is a specialty product like organic or gluten free. It's a great way to order foods that aren't made from seed oils and other conventional methods. I just can't order chocolate because I live in Phoenix and it melts.

You had unique items that I was interested in especially at a discount!

I've made a good few purchases with Martie over the months, and really enjoy the discounts they provide. The products I get are usually cheaper than what I'd pay at Walmart or Food Lion, which are effectively the only two places I can get groceries from. While they tend to not have as much time before they hit their "best before" date, I can't say I've had any issues with quality or food safety. I think their model makes a lot of sense for the purposes of reducing food waste and offering good deals for customers. I wish it was easier to tell when returning products were coming back into stock, as I've run into issues where I'll order on the weekend and then there will be more items I'd like to have thrown in the very next day, but it's somewhat expected given how the goods rotate in and out based on overstock, so I don't consider this to be a huge issue with Martie, just a logistical challenge. I've primarily bought food from Martie, but they've expanded their offerings a lot over the past year, and I've checked out the hair care and multivitamin products they sell as well and have been similarly satisfied. The deals really make a huge difference for me as a buyer, and it's also good to know that this model keeps product waste down, I've worked in the food industry and see how much gets wasted every day, it makes me feel good to take some products that have been on shelves for a bit longer than others to keep them from being needlessly wasted. For these reasons, I keep finding myself coming back to them time and time again. :)

I have had good experience buying from Martie, good deals and some interesting new finds. The shipping times have improved from when I first started ordering too. If you find a good deal however, buy a lot of the item if it's something you know you will go through, chances are it won't be available next time you go to order, if ever. It's the nature of the type of business this is, rescuing overstocks and close to expiration dated items. Overall a good way to get deals on different things.

Love the great prices. Love being able to take the time to read labels and compare products. Some really great products have come through. Quicker delivery would help with being able to try a product before ordering more. Would love to be able to eliminate products from view after I've ruled them out for purchase (reviewed ingredients).

Most items are packaged very well. However, when it comes to shipping e.g. chips with beverages, they are always crushed. You need to ship them in separate boxes. Also, most of the foods are outstanding, but some a real misses.
