I ordered 4 ahava face masks and found a few other items to reach the minimum order requirements. I was never given the chance to cancel the rest of the order when I was sent a email saying the ahava product was refunded out of stock. 5 days after placing my order. Very poor inventory control to take more orders than product. Never again

I so much wanted to love this ALTERNATE TO AMAZON!! I had no probs with the delivery -- the prices were quite good and it was a reasonable wait to San Francisco. BUT THE AMOUNT OF PLASTIC PACKAGING WAS UNEXPLICABLE AND HORRIFIC!!! Unless Martie contacts me to assure me that they will show a sense of ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY I will not, unfortunately, buy from them again... Can someone please get this right???

they will sell you EXPIRED products, or ALMOST expired products. I got a bunch of granola that goes stale this month. are you kidding me? some of their products don't even have an expiration date so you don't know (some skincare products) It's too much of a gamble. Normally from the store, granola will be good for 2+ years. That means these bags have been sitting around for a very long time. the AUDACITY. never again

I've emailed the martie team about a product I received and they don't respond. Customer service is lacking. Products are also not consistent in quality. Some products I've received in the past came moldy. Given that we are aware these products are near their expiration date I cannot fault them too much on that as long as they make it right. I haven't had issues with expired products but my unresolved issue is they also sell home goods and the product I received is no where near the quality of the product on the website. I am disappointed and will not stop here anymore.

Sent a package of chips which were clearly rancid and not edible. Customer service asked for multiple photos of the chips. Then they ignored anyfurther resolution of the issue. I would NEVER deal with them again.

A few of the items I wanted weren’t available, which was upsetting, but the real problem was the poor customer service. Instead of giving me a choice on whether I wanted a full refund, a partial, or a replacement for the missing items, they forced the partial refund without proper communication. The missing items were the most important part of the order. If I had known they weren’t available, I would’ve just canceled the whole order! Years ago I used to buy from Martie, but this was only my second purchase since coming back this year and the same issue came up in both orders. I need to be able to trust that I’ll get the items I order. This was a failure in the customer-to-business relationship, and I feel betrayed. I haven’t gotten my refund for the missing items yet, though that’s not as important to me as getting the items themselves. It’s a shame because I enjoy ordering from Martie, but I cannot stand for this lack of customer service.

Lost my package. Refused to respond to requests to resolve the matter. Provided a generic "we will escalate this and let you know" MEANWHILE weeks go by with no purchase, no money back, no basic respect of my time, my money, my upset and inconvenience. NADA. No way to review them on most sites. No phone. What a sham.

Horrible experiences. I ordered once, and half the items I got were stale. I decided to give them another try, it’s now on day 9 and I still have not received my order. I imagine the items I receive will be stale again. I’ve tried reaching out via text and DM on Instagram - but no response. I’m about to have Amex cancel the payment…
