A loyalty program should reward STAYS, not how you book. I stayed 3 nights at Four Points Sheraton but was refused my points as I did not book directly using their website. Will I ever stay with them again? What do you think?

Upon a recent stay at the Westin Hotel in Cancun, one room was robbed. After their hotel investigation, they told us no one entered the room. The money must of magically disappeared. As a Titanium member, trust me someone in housekeeping they stole the money. Do not stat here!

I have a very unhealthy levels of hatred towards this program. I put in years and years of time and money to achieve lifetime status with the old Starwood Preferred Guest program which was bought out by mr marriott cuz he liked it so much. I lost out by a year getting everything that i was working towards. Now my lifetime benefits are several reduced from what i signed up for. sucks but thats life i guess, now my complaints are more to do with the no upgrades i get and lousy rooms i am given. loyalty means nothing. the only thing that matters is paying top dollars now for the most expensive room, this is when you get perks, not given to the people who spent over 1000 nights in your hotels.

Was gifted loyalty point from a relative for Christmas. They we expired by Marriott 2 months after I received them without notice. They said because there was no activity for several years. Well now there will never be activity at any Marriott property. But they don't care about the small family travelers.

Horrific.one star is too much. The doors don’t meet the floor so sound and light comes streaming in. The curtains on the window are not big enough to keep parking lot light out. Wedding party was there and slammed doors every 5 minutes for over 4 hours. They said there was nothing they could do. Sure there is - you go tell them you have other paying customers and to be quiet. I’m a single woman and they offered me a room on the first floor so obviously no concern for safety. Because I complained they did not send me an email link that would have let me post a review. If you actually want to sleep Do.Not.Stay.There.

The Hotels are good, some very good, but service at Marriot Bonvoy is horrible. Better not to have to contact their customer service, if so you will be very disappointed.

I was a guest at JW MARRIOTT, Marco Island, FL 9/17-9/25/2023. I have called customer service 3 times now after 2 weeks from my check-out date to enquire as to why my "Bonvoy Points" have not been credited to my account. I have been told twice that I would have my points posted within 24 hour of my call only to see no results. Tonight I was told it would be another week...

I booked Westin Hotel Frankfurt for this December. Booking confirmation included only 1 adult should have been 2 adults. Westin hotel corrected this but charged an extra €28 without explanation. Marriott BonVoy promised they would have hotel revert back to my original price and add the 2nd adult. But Westin hotel will not honour this. Not sure what use BonVoy is - they have no authority it seems. Terrible experience and I haven't even arrived yet!? Update: I have increased scoring to 3 stars as BonVoy have confirmed the issue has been resolved and extra charge lifted. Not sure what reception I'll receive at the hotel in December. Fingers crossed.
