I purchased one over 6 months ago and my cats walk right passed it. Played a little at first but doesnt play anymore. I have two cats thats a year old.

My cats do not seem interested in these toys at all. We got 2 because we have 2 cats but either one of them really cares for it. Sometimes they will bat at the balls but they don’t go crazy over them like they advertised.

Ordered weeks ago.still haven't received the toys

I ordered 2 of the Kitty Kurlz round scratching toy with red bell ball. They came in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately the smell that they give off is overwhelming and not in a good way. The whole room had to be aired out, my cats took one sniff and both left the room. Also, even put together, the circle is so small my cat could not cuddle up in them, as advertised. These are a scam and way overpriced. Stay away!

After getting a repeat box 2 or 3 times in a row, and having to reach out to get a new box, was told that they were discontinuing all their subscription services as part of updating the store. Not temporarily pausing, just removing them. They still have, what appears to be the same monthly subscription service up. I would recommend searching for another monthly box, personally, though support was nice enough.

1-Star Review – Overpriced product, never arrived, ignored refund requests I ordered the cardboard cat scratching board (the round “organ” style with the red bell ball) from Marlene’s Pet Shop. The exact same product is available on Temu for roughly 1/10th the price they charged me. It has now been 18 days and the item has still not arrived. I exchanged numerous emails with them. In my most recent messages I clearly requested a refund. After those refund requests, they stopped responding entirely. Extremely disappointed with both the massive markup and the complete lack of follow-through once I asked for my money back.

Products are great. My kittens love the kitty kurlz toy. I bought 4 so I can connect them and they play.

Very responsive company and super fast shipper! We purchased a Kitty Kurlz from an advertisement and hoped it would help entertain our two new kittens and they absolutely love it! We also enjoy reading the tips on health and wellness for the cats and will continue to check in for new products and information. Thank You!
