I ordered Kitty Kurlz on promo for buy one, get one free. Communication was a bit over the top. I received regular updates on shipping. They also reached out to offer another popular toy at a discount if i wanted to add it to my order. The products arrived after about a week or so. Quality seems good as my cats haven't destroyed them.

I love the product I bought, it shipped quickly and my cat loves it. Plus, when they offer a buy one get one deal, I can share a toy with my other cat mom friends too!

Love the product. Cat initially needed a little "coaxing" with catnip but now he loves is. Came in a timely manner as well. Only negative: quit selling all the "extras"
