I've had a great experience with Marlene's Pet Shop. They make creative toys that are more thoughtful, intentional, and effective than most of what I've seen in the big box pet stores. They really seem to know what cats love, and based on my experience, I will check Marlene's for what I need before I look anywhere else. Their email marketing is great, too. They don't bombard you with emails, and they always explain their products in a straightforward manner. Marlene's is definitely worth a try!

I love how easy it was to order and all the updates that I received letting me know that they got the order. Offered me another toy that I could buy to add to the order before it shipped. LOVE all the personal emails!! I have received my order yet but, I can't wait. I know my fur baby will go crazy for it.

Our Kitty Kurlz is the favorite of our tabby named Jamie. He will play with it many times each day. He immerses himself in it and taps the little ball all around. There is only one ball in it because he managed to pull out the second ball. Now he chases this second ball all around the house, even during the middle of the night. Jamie says 'thanks' for making this toy. It got here in good shape and in good time.

I did not receive the 'free gift' with the kitty kurlz package I order, the lack of instructions that came with the Stark ball 2.0 was not cool, and finally I emailed the company regarding more information on the kitty kuddlez and never got a response back. Besides these few minor problems I had a very enjoyable experience with the company 😁
