Ordering was easy & shipping was quick. But unfortunately, my cats were not interested in the kitty curlz. I have not yet received a response from their customer service yet regarding this.

Great cat toys, good, price, mediocre shipping.

Love the product. Cat initially needed a little "coaxing" with catnip but now he loves is. Came in a timely manner as well. Only negative: quit selling all the "extras"

Delivery was good. But unfortunately my old cats want absolutely nothing to do with it so for me a waste of money

Overall the process of the purchase was good. I got the little ball and the kitty kurls. My 🐈 doesn’t seem to be too interested in either but that’s kind of the way it goes, I guess. Maybe she just needs to get used to them? But I don’t think anyone could know how a cat will react.

Delivery a little slow but my cats love their toys! They are very tough and they all love playing with their two kitty kurls and stark ball is really a hit - with my grandson too!

Ordering was easy, the products were delivered in a timely manner & without issue. The Kitty Curlz cardboard cat toy(?) was smaller than I expected, my cats can't really curl up inside of it so maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but they seem to like it well enough. I spray it with a catnip spray to make it more appealing, but it isn't the main thing they go for. Cats are fickle!

We had a very positive experience with our order. Order placing was simple, confirmation and tracing came quickly and the order was delivered timely and was exactly what we expected, and the kitty's had a great time with their new toy.
