I have 10 cats and not one had any interest in playing with this thing. I tried twisting, putting treats inside and it didn't excite even 1. Not even as a scratching post.

When I ordered, I was offered another deal. It was better than the one I bought and I believed it was a buy this instead deal. i ended up getting both. When emails were sent me asking about other option to buy, I asked them to cancel the order- 3 times. Request was completely ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no ethical compass.

My parcel was addressed differently from the shipping address I gave, and it went to Dead Mail. They blamed me for the mistake, then refused my refund request. My purchase summary clearly shows the right address, and the Post Office logs clearly show the wrong address. I have started a Dead Mail search, but this wasn't my fault and I have a right to a refund.

I purchased one over 6 months ago and my cats walk right passed it. Played a little at first but doesnt play anymore. I have two cats thats a year old.

My cats do not seem interested in these toys at all. We got 2 because we have 2 cats but either one of them really cares for it. Sometimes they will bat at the balls but they don’t go crazy over them like they advertised.

I ordered 2 of the Kitty Kurlz round scratching toy with red bell ball. They came in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately the smell that they give off is overwhelming and not in a good way. The whole room had to be aired out, my cats took one sniff and both left the room. Also, even put together, the circle is so small my cat could not cuddle up in them, as advertised. These are a scam and way overpriced. Stay away!

1-Star Review – Overpriced product, never arrived, ignored refund requests I ordered the cardboard cat scratching board (the round “organ” style with the red bell ball) from Marlene’s Pet Shop. The exact same product is available on Temu for roughly 1/10th the price they charged me. It has now been 18 days and the item has still not arrived. I exchanged numerous emails with them. In my most recent messages I clearly requested a refund. After those refund requests, they stopped responding entirely. Extremely disappointed with both the massive markup and the complete lack of follow-through once I asked for my money back.
