Bad product, my cat’s are not interested at all. Very overpriced and definitely some kind of dropshipping store. Misleading advertisement. Definitely won’t recommend buying anything here. Better order yourself at temu (because they probably get this from a same type of supplier but then add $20 as margin for themselves)

As posters report, the item is cheaper elsewhere and my cats are not at all interested in it. Contacted company to return and get a refund and they try to convince you to keep the product for 50% refund. When requested return info they ghosted me. Do not buy. Update: company agreed to a 75% refund and for me to donate the product.

The Kitty Kurlz was shipped from China. Took ages to get here, when it did arrive it was much, much smaller than advertised. I had purchased two, so I joined them together. Still smaller than the advert pic. My cat has totally ignored it, even covered it in his favourite catnip buds. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off.

Cats ignore the toys. They are way overpriced as well. I reached out to return within the window and it took days to get a response. I missed the email she sent. There is no way to process a return on the site.

When reading the reviews on this page, I got a bit scared and thought I fell for a scam. So I was very happy when I received the package! It was delivered quite fast, within 14 days to Belgium. Our cats are still getting used to the toy, one of them is starting to play with it, but we have difficult cats when it comes to toys... I'll give them some time :-)
