I had a really good experience with Marlene's Pet Shop. I had to cancel my very first order because I decided I wanted to get the larger variety box rather than just the single item that I originally ordered. The kitty curls that I originally ordered was also in the variety box and I felt like it was a much better deal getting all the other stuff for a small amount more to pay. I first contacted them by email on March 8th and first thing in the morning March 9th I had the response and my bank account was refunded by the 10th in the morning . Every contact I had with customer service always took less than 24 hours for a response. I was refunded immediately and customer service was very friendly and quick. Once I received everything, shipping was fast, only 4 days and I really liked the quality of all the items. Although, the bird I got stopped working after the third day which I am getting ready to contact customer service again about it which I don't think I should have any issues but if I do I will update here. Also the suction cup on the toy that has the feathers at the end does not stick to anything the suction just completely releases as soon as my cat touches it. But it's a great toy all I have to do is get a different suction cup I believe and then it'll be perfect. But my cat absolutely loves all of this stuff! I would definitely recommend! I will be purchasing again in the near future. EDIT: I sent them an email regarding the two toys that stopped working. They immediately responded by the morning. I will be sending them the video they asked for showing them what the problems are and they said they will have everything fixed and taken care of for me.

Hello Sheena, Thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this—we really appreciate it 😊 We’re glad everything went smoothly with your order change and that the variety box felt like a great choice in the end! It means a lot to hear your cat is enjoying the goodies, though we’re sorry about the bird toy and the suction cup not holding up as expected. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and we’ll be more than happy to help sort those out—just reach out anytime and we’ll take care of it. We truly appreciate your recommendation, and we’d love to have you shop with us again soon! With Paws and Smiles, Marlene's Pet Shop Team 🐱

Shipping was fast! My cats, so far, have not been very interactive with this product but I like the design. It’s a good idea. I might need to sprinkle some catnip on it.
Response from MarlenespetshopMar 24, 2026
Hey there, Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! 😊 We’re really glad you liked the design—it means a lot. And yes, a little sprinkle of catnip can definitely help spark their curiosity (cats love doing things on their own timeline 😄). We hope it grows on them soon, and we’d love to have you come back and shop with us again anytime! With Paws and Smiles, Marlene's Pet Shop Team 🐱
