Easy to order, quality product.
The website was easy to use, it was easy to find and order exactly what I went for. The shipping was quick no longer delays of any kind. The product was exactly as described. I was happy with the quality of materials, so scratcher material is flimsy in other products but this one seems very durable so far. It's not my babies new favorite toy, but they do use it when we incorporate it with playtime. The like chasing the ball around the built in track and gripping the cardboard with their nails. I had purchased 2 of the scratcher toys and they link together. One toy would not be big enough for adult cats, this would have been nice to have mentioned in advertising, I would have bought 4 altogether, but that is a lite thing overall and am glad to have this enrichment item for my babies.

Hello Joshua, Thank you for the detailed feedback! 😊 We’re glad the ordering process and delivery went smoothly, and it’s great to hear your cats are enjoying the scratcher and track—even if it’s not their absolute favorite. Linking the two together sounds like a fun setup! We’d be happy to help you find more enrichment items for your kitties anytime. With Paws and Smiles, Marlene's Pet Shop Team 🐱
