Customer service is non existent, no replies or response. Paid for RUSH shipping (2-3 days) it’s now been 2 weeks and still no hair, and no reply from customer service. Not happy. Update. Hair has finally been received 15 days after being ordered, poor quality hair, not thick to the end.

I recently bought clip-on hair extensions (32 inches long) in off black. I tried them on and they do not match the thickness and colour of my hair. The hair is also not great quality: a lot of white hairs and some hairs have a red tone. I wanted to return my order in its barely touched condition and I contacted MarketHairExtensions on the day I received my order. Customer service says that there cannot be anything wrong with the extensions. Now they have stopped responding. If you have thick hair, do not order these extensions. The hair is really brittle and there are a lot of grey hairs. I would recommend other online websites due to customer service. You really get what you pay for! $300 down the drain.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I have tried many different hair extensions but this quality is horrible. If you want poor chinese product that tingles and it's rough try this. I have order hair ans a colour wheel which I have sent back because I will never order from them again. Still (one month now) I have not received the refund. Horrible quality and horrible customer service.

i love the hair it’s very thick I asked for 30inch and it is lovely only down fall is it took a while to be delivered but it was worth the wait my last extensions from another place broke easily iv hardly had any strands fall out I’m very happy with the product and will be buying from hear again but next time I will pay the fast delivery price

Very good hair extensions. Lasted me a long time and could straighten and curl them with no issues! It was exactly the red I wanted too. Will be buying from them again.

To begin with, extensions are shipped from China which I did not anticipate the given.ca web address. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company. The extensions took a month arrive- at which point all the events I needed them for had passed. Once I did receive them, the color did not look the same. When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Once I posted a bad review, they responded offering a refund, but did not take accountability. Its just bad customer service all around.

Hi all .I'm not sure if all the other reviews are true but I promise you this one is .I was promised a refund if I took down a bad review however I've received nothing from the company at all .I am a hairdresser and have years of experience of wearing hair extensions .I thought I would give these s try .they took a while to come and intially looked ok in the packet .6 of them were around 10 inches long .( I orderd 24 inches ) I was promised a refund .nothing recieved . After one wash bearing in mind it was washed by a professional hair extensionist the hair was obviously not double drawn and the cuticle not correct .it looked like synthetic hair so I did the flame test .the hair went up straight away in flames .I find the hair dangerous and synthetic.i got burnt hand .please be very wary and think hard before parting with your money for bad hair .I hope this review is kept here as it is a truthful one .I have been threteaned with no refund but I haven't received a full refund .please do not buy from this seller .the hair is now matted and has caused damage to my natural hair .I cannot understand why these people are allowed to trade in this country

HEED THE WARNINGS. I read the reviews prior to purchasing. I decided to listen to the good reviews instead. HUGE MISTAKE. The extensions I received were not like the photos. I immediately let them know and asked for a refund. They kept telling me to give them a try and that my cooperation would be much appreciated. I kept telling them no, as I did not want to open the package so I could get a refund. They stopped replying to my e-mails after the 4th request for a refund. I have e-mailed them 6 times asking for a refund and they will not get back to me. I have called customer service, only to be met with a "we are not available at this moment' message. My advice, spend the extra money to purchase from legitimate places like Bebonia. I wish I had.
