Great Quality product and fantastic customer service via the chat service as i am in Australia.

My first lot of extensions were brilliant. an inch shorter than I had paid for but I was impatient and had my appointment to have them fitted so didn't have time to return in relation to the length. They lasted about 10 months and I was really happy with them. I ordered my 2nd lot, 20 inches, when they arrived I was not overly impressed with the quality and they were very straggly and thin on the ends. my hairdresser said that they felt like they were mixed with synthetic hair but again I had my appointment booked and was going on holiday so wanted them done. The quality is horrendous. They are dry and constantly break and shed, I have never had such bad quality extensions. I had them in for a total of a month, they were so bad I had to have them removed, my hairdresser had never seen anything like it. I wrote an email to complain and was ignored initially l so wrote another email, they offered no help at all, the only thing that they did offer was 10% off my next purchase. absolutely ridiculous, I received a 15% off your next order leaflet with my order, so that just goes to show you how much they value their return customers. I will never buy from here and have warned people not to buy from here, as has my hairdresser. There are plenty of other places to buy decent quality hair at the same price and that actually have a decent customer services team to deal with issues effectively. Don't waste your money. For other peoples reference I am platinum blonde and have ordered 18inch (that were 17) and 20inch that were the awful ones.

Buyer Beware!! I have worn many extensions in the past and know how to take care of my hair! This is by far the worst quality hair I have ever used! No amount of conditioner and oil keep the hair from matting and ending up in dread locks! This company does NOT stand behind their products when I have asked for a partial, not even a FULL refund they deny me and offer me 30% back, when this hair is useless and I had to throw it in the garbage. I not only had to incur extra costs of getting the matted hair taken out, purchase new extensions and get the new ones put in, they felt that refunding me 90$ was enough, when I had asked for only 50% refund! This is not remy hair, remy hair would not matt this way. Check out the reviews on Facebook as well and see the pictures of other poor reviews to see the quality, I wish there would have done that first!

I would not recommend buying from Market Hair Extensions. The pictures on their website don't show the true color of the hair. The extensions I was sent were 3 shades darker than the picture on the website. When I asked for a refund I received several emails trying to discourage me and implying that the package will be lost and I will not be able to get the refund anyway. I am still waiting for the resolution.

Absolute rubbish company! I paid for express delivery over £15 last last Friday 2-3 day delivery and still haven’t received my order! Emails are not answered and now started another attempt at a chat and was told I’ll be refunded £5! My client has been waiting it’s been stressful! I have never known such a disfunctional company!!! I will never use them again!!!!!

I love the extensions there so AMAZING, honestly thank you sooooo much♥️♥️So in love with them.

I needed hair extensions for my works Christmas party on Friday so I paid the £15.99 for 2-3 days delivery. It’s thursday evening and they still have not even shipped. I contacted them this morning and they said they were going to try speed things up however I’ve not heard back since, still no update. I’ve now had to spend more money and order from somewhere else aswell as pay expensive next day delivery now because I’m ordering last minute. You should not offer the quick delivery service if you cannot forefil it and you should have also contacted me to tell me they wouldn’t be with me in that time. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone that wants their hair on time. Update: You refused to give me my refund despite not shipping the product I paid for unless I changed my review to a 4 star! Luckily I paid through PayPal who refunded the full amount. This has been reported to trust pilot and I hope they take it seriously in order to true it represent this company with genuine reviews.
